Our beautiful home sits at the end of a canal with western views towards the inter-coastal. The sunsets are amazing. A major renovation of the indoor and outdoor living areas and kitchen were completed in November 2020. Two master bedrooms with balconies plus one additional bedroom. Den has twin day beds. Re-decorated living, dining and TV areas, eat-in kitchen, and office. House sleeps 8. Great neighborhood. Walk or easy bike ride to Atlantic Avenue, shops, and restaurants. We lease to single family occupancy for Seasonal rentals and multi weeks only.
